This course will make it easier for you to go through the planning process, and help you implement changes in an open, cooperative atmosphere.
During the course, you will be asked to analyse your school, its community, resources and potential, as well as its limitations. Together with your team of school representatives, you will try to find solutions to the most important problems identified at the beginning. The focus is put on analysis, team planning, needs assessment and expectations, as well as on practical steps.
Changes in three crucial areas will be discussed. You can choose the one that seems the most suitable.
