Technology is not an end in itself. Its main goal is to support educational processes. The aim of technology is to create new development areas for students: complement and enhance their presentation skills, activate them, improve their cognitive possibilities, support creativity. For technology to really fulfill such a role, we need to plan its implementation process very well.

The school digitisation programme should become a part of the school’s long-term development strategy. The process should be based on four pillars, each of them equally important and developed at a similar pace:

• services
• education
• management
